At Intaglio Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality training and excellent service to all our students. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds for our courses.

1. Course Cancellation by Intaglio Solutions:
In the event that Intaglio Solutions cancels a course for any reason, such as low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, registered students will be notified, and a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

2. Student Withdrawal/Refund Requests:
a. Withdrawal Before Course Start Date:
If you withdraw from a course before the start date, you are entitled to a full refund of the course fee but not enrollment amount.
b. Withdrawal After Course Start Date:
If you withdraw from a course after the start date but before completing 10% of the course duration, you are not eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after completing 10% or more of the course duration.

3. Refund Process:
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
a. Submit a written request for withdrawal and refund to our administrative office via email or in person.
b. Include your full name, contact information, course name, and reason for withdrawal.
c. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal request.
d. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during enrollment.

4. Non-Refundable Fees:
a. Application/Registration Fee: The application or registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
b. Study Materials/Software Fee: Fees paid for study materials or software provided as part of the course are non-refundable once accessed or utilized.

5. Transfer of Enrollment:
In some cases, you may be eligible to transfer your enrollment to a future course date instead of requesting a refund. Transfer requests are subject to availability and approval by Intaglio Solutions.

6. Exceptional Circumstances:
Intaglio Solutions may consider exceptions to this refund policy in cases of documented medical emergencies, military service, or other extenuating circumstances. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
